盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊在输尿管结石体外碎石后的排石临床疗效观察

目的：探讨盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊在输尿管结石体外冲击波碎石术后排石效果。方法：91例输尿管下段结石患者经体外冲击波碎石术随机分为对照组（41例）及治疗组（50例），对照组服用排石颗粒，5g/袋，3次/d；治疗组服用盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊0.4mg，1次/d，观察治疗4周排石效果。结果：对照组的排石率为63.4％，肾绞痛发生率为22.0%，排石时间（12.16±3.07）d，治疗组排石率为88%，肾绞痛发生率为10%，排石时间（7.32±1.96）d。结论：盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊有利于输尿管下段结石的排出并可减少ESWL后肾绞痛。

Tamsulosin hydr ochloride sustained release capsules in a row of stone to observe the clinical effect of ureteral calculi after extracorporeal lithotripsy

Objective: To investigate the effect of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules in extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy of ureteral calculi after stone effect. Methods: 91 cases of ureteral stones in the lower segment of patients after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL) were randomly assigned to the control group(41 cases) and the treatment group(50 cases), the control group was given Paishi granules, 5g / bag, three times a day. The treatment group taking tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules 0.4 mg, 1 times a day, treatment were observed 4 weeks row stone effect. Results:In the control group, the stone removal rate was 63.4%, the incidence rate of renal colic was 22%, the rate of ureteral stone clearance was (12.16 ± 3.07)days, the treatment group was 88%, the incidence rate of renal colic was 10%, and the rate of ureteral stone clearance was(7.32 ±1.96)days.Conclusion:Tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules for lower ureteral calculi discharged and can reduce the incidence of renal colic after ESWL.
