临床药师干预对门诊老年高血压患者疗效与用药依从性的影响

目的：探讨门诊老年高血压患者药师干预对疗效及用药依从性的影响。方法：对门诊老年高血压患者进行生活健康教育、制定最佳用药方案、用药指导等药学服务干预前后的血压控制疗效、用药依从性和健康生活方式进行调查分析。结果：高血压患者降压疗效明显优于干预前（U=13.4554，P＜0.01），干预前后高血压患者用药依从性显著提高（X2=124.262，P＜0.01），患者对药师的咨询明显增加（X2=50.8486，P＜0.01），患者不良生活习惯明显改善（P＜0.01）。结论：药师干预可明显提高门诊老年高血压患者疗效及用药依从性，改善不良生活习惯，对高血压的防治有重要价值。

Clinical pharmacists intervention on the curative effect of elderly patients with hypertension and medication compliance

Objective：To investigate the pharmacist outpatient elderly hypertension intervention on drug efficacy and compliance . Methods：To the patients of hypertension in the elderly were living health education, investigation and analysis before and after making the optimal dosage regimen, medication guidance and other pharmaceutical care intervention of blood pressure control efficacy, compliance and healthy life style. Results： Antihypertensive effective rate than before intervention （U=13.4554,P＆lt;0.01）, before and after the intervention in patients with hypertensive medication compliance increased significantly （X2=124.262,P＆lt;0.01） patients to the pharmacist consultation increased significantly （X2=50.8486,P＆lt;0.01）, the bad habits of patients with improved significantly （P＆lt;0.01）. Conclusions： The pharmacist intervention can significantly improve the compliance of outpatients in elderly patients with hypertension medication, to improve the bad habits, have important value in prevention and treatment of hypertension.
