中药联合小剂量强的松治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的安全性及疗效分析

目的：探讨中药联合小剂量强的松治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的安全性和临床疗效，以为指导临床合理用药提供依据。方法：选取2014年11月～2015年10月于我院接受治疗的亚急性甲状腺炎患者120例，按照治疗方式分为对照组和联合组，每组60例。其中对照组接受口服小剂量强的松片治疗，30mg/d，3次/d；联合组在对照组的治疗基础上接受夏枯草口服液30mL/d，3次/d；两组强的松均在治疗后第二周开始减量，每1～2周减5mg直至停药。对比分析两组临床疗效、临床情况指标、实验室检验指标以及不良反应发生情况。结果：两组接受治疗后，血清FT3、FT4和ESR水平均较治疗前明显降低，联合组改善更明显（P＜0.05）；此外，联合组退热时间、甲状腺疼痛消退时间以及甲状腺肿胀消退时间均明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；联合组的治疗总有效率高达88.33%，明显高于对照组的70.00%。联合组的不良反应发生率与对照组相比无明显增加。结论：中药联合小剂量强的松治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床疗效明显，在临床上值得推广。

Safety and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with low-dose prednisone in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis

Objective:To explore safety and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with low-dose prednisone in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis so as to provide the basis for rational clinical use. Methods:120 cases of patients with subacute thyroiditis treated in our hospital from November 2014 to October 2015 were selected and divided into control group and combination group according to different treatment therapies, each group contains 60 cases. The patients in the combination group received oral administration of small doses of prednisone, 30mg/d, 3 times/day;The combination group additionally received Xiakucao oral liquid (30mL/d, 3 times/day) on the basis of the control group; The dosage of prednisone in two groups began to reduce in second week after treatment, 5mg each week until the withdrawal of prednisone. Compare the clinical curative effect, the incidence of clinical indicators, laboratory parameters and adverse reactions between two groups. Results:After treatment, the serum FT3, FT4 and ESR levels were significantly decreased, and combination group improved more obviously (P<0.05); In addition, the defervescence time, the stopping time of thyroid pain and tenderness and thyroid swelling subsided time were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05);The total efficiency in the combination group was 88.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. And the adverse reaction rate in combination group was not increased. Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with low-dose prednisone in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis is obvious, it is worthy of recommended in the clinical application.
