| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨左卡尼汀与麝香保心丸联合治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛临床效果。方法：回顾性分析30例于我院就诊的冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者的临床资料。结果：观察组动态心电图ST-T段的改善情况与临床疗效总有效率明显优于对照组，而其并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在常规治疗的基础上，给予冠心病不稳定性心绞痛左卡尼汀与麝香保心丸联合治疗，取得了确切的临床效果，值得在临床上推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of L-carnitine combined with Shexiang Baoxin Pill in treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris.Methods:The clinical data of 30 patients with unstable angina pectoris in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The improvement of dynamic electrocardiogram ST-T segment and the total clinical effective rate in observation group were obviously superior to the control group, and the incidence rate of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group,had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine treatment, giving coronary heart disease in patients with stable angina pectoris of levocarnitine and musk preserving heart pill combination therapies, has exact clinical curative effect, it is worth to popularize in the clinical application. |
