布地奈德雾化吸入联合综合护理治疗小儿肺炎的临床研究

目的:探讨在小儿肺炎治疗中应用布地奈德雾化吸入联合综合护理的临床效果。方法:在2017年5月至2019年6月期间选取50例小儿肺炎患者,经随机数字表方式,划分对照组(25例,布地奈德雾化吸入+常规护理)和观察组(25例,布地奈德雾化吸入+综合护理),比较两组患儿临床症状消失时间、住院时间及临床疗效。结果:观察组患儿退热、咳嗽缓解、肺部啰音消失、住院时间均短于对照组;观察组患儿临床治疗总有效率高于对照组。两组比较差异具有统计学价值(P<0.05)。结论:将布地奈德雾化吸入联合综合护理应用到小儿肺炎治疗中,临床效果显著,患儿咳嗽、发热等临床症状在短时间内得到了有效改善,住院时间明显缩短。

Clinical Study of Budesonide Aerosol Inhalation Combined with Comprehensive Nursing for Children with Pneumonia

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with comprehensive nursing in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia. Methods: From May 2017 to June 2019, 50 children with pneumonia were selected and divided into control group(25 cases, Budesonide aerosol inhalation + routine nursing) and observation group(25 cases, Budesonide aerosol inhalation + comprehensive nursing). The disappearance time of clinical symptoms, hospitalization time and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Bed effect. Results: The fever abatement, cough relief, lung rale disappearance and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of Budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with comprehensive nursing in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia has a significant clinical effect. The clinical symptoms of cough and fever in children have been effectively improved in a short time, and the length of hospitalization has been significantly shortened.
