清解利感合剂对小鼠免疫功能的影响

目的：考察清解利感合剂对小鼠免疫功能的影响，为临床应用提供实验依据。方法：采用小鼠碳粒廓清实验，观察清解利感合剂对小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响；采用小鼠迟发型超敏反应、血清溶血素生成实验，观察清解利感合剂对小鼠特异性细胞免疫及体液免疫的影响。结果：清解利感合剂以2．5、5、10、20mL／kg的剂量连续灌胃给药7d，能明显增强免疫低下小鼠单核吞噬细胞系统的吞噬功能及促进血清溶血素生成，但对正常小鼠无明显影响；能增强免疫低下小鼠DNFB诱发的迟发型超敏反应，对正常小鼠则有抑制趋势。结论：清解利感合剂能增强免疫低下小鼠的非特异性和特异性细胞及体液免疫功能。

Effects upon Immune Function of Qingjie Ligan Mixture

Objective： To study the effects on immune function of Qingjie Ligan mixture, and to provide the evidence for clinical application. Methods： The influence of the nonspecific immunity was observed by the examination of carbon particles clearance rate. The effect of specific cellular and humoral immunity of specific immunity was tested by the delayed-type hypersensitivity and production of hemolysis model. Results： After the doses of 2.5, 5, 10 or 20 mL/kg of the Qingjie Ligan mixture being given to KM mice intragastrically for 7 days, the phagocytic function of mononuclear phagocyte system and the hemolysin level of immunosuppressive mice were significantly improved. But no significant effect was found on normal mice. Delayed type hypersensitivity induced by DNFB on immunosuppressive mice was enhanced. But inhibition trend was observed on normal mice. Conclusions： The Qingjie Ligan mixture could improve the cellular and humoral immunity of nonspecific and specific immunity of immunosuppressive mice.
