并发糖尿病的孕妇控制血糖对妊娠结局的影响

目的了解妊娠合并糖尿病的治疗与妊娠结局的关系。方法对200例妊娠合并糖尿病的产妇临床资料回顾性分析。将200例妊娠合并糖尿病的产妇根据血糖控制水平分为两组：A组为血糖控制达理想水平者，B组为血糖控制不理想及未控制者。收集并比较两组孕产妇及围产儿并发症情况。结果A组孕期血糖控制达理想水平的产妇妊高症、早产、剖宫产、新生儿低血糖、新生儿窒息、死胎的发生率均显著低于孕期血糖控制不理想及未知疗的发生率（P〈0．05）。结论妊娠合并糖尿病的良好控制血糖可降低产妇和围产儿并发症的发生率。

Influence of Blood Sugar Control of Gravita with Diabetes on Pregancy sequela

Objective Totally 200 case of pregnanacy complicated with maternal diabetes mellitus retrospective analysis of clinical data to assess the treatment of diabetes in pregnancy and pregnancy outcome relationship. Methods Totally 200 cases of maternal diabetes in pregnancy according to the level of blood sugar control were divided into tow groups, A group reached the optimal level of blood sugar control , B group blood glucose contral is unsatisfactory and non -treatment , to collect and comparison of two groups of pregnant women and pcrinatal complications. Results A group of blood glucose control during preganacy up to the optimal level of maternal pregnancy hypertension, premature labor, cesarean section, neonatal hypoglycemia, neonatal asphyxia, the incidence of stillbirth were significantly lower than blood glucose control during preganacy is not ideal and not the incidence of treatment rate （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Maternal diabetes in pregnancy good control of blood glucose can reduce maternal and perinatal complications incidence.
