盐酸氨溴索联合黄芪注射液治疗COPD临床研究

目的探讨盐酸氨溴索联合黄芪注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）的临床治疗效果。方法将襄阳市中心医院收治的76例COPD患者随机分为两组,对照组38例给予常规药物治疗,观察组38例在常规治疗基础上加用盐酸氨溴索联合黄芪注射液治疗。结果观察组患者总有效率为94.7%,对照组为78.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗后肺功能指标均比治疗前有不同程度的改善,而观察组患者改善效果优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论盐酸氨溴索联合黄芪注射液治疗COPD具有较好的疗效,且能有效改善患者的肺功能,降低复发率与死亡率。

Clinical research of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with Astragalus injection in treatment of COPD

Objective To investigate the clinical outcomes of ambroxol hydrochloride combinatied with Astragalus injec tion in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods Totally 76 COPD patients in our hospi tal were randomly divided into two groups, control group of 38 patients treated with conventional drug treatment, the obser vation group,38 patients in the conventional treatment based on the addition of hydrochloric acid,ammonia ambroxol com- bined with astragalus injection. Results The patients with total effective rate was 94. 7% in observation group ,78.9% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; After treatment, lung function than before treat- ment with varying degrees improvement, and improve the effect of the observation group better than than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The ambroxol hydrochloride joint Astragalus injection in treatment of COPD has a good effect, and can effectively improve the patientg lung function, reduce the relapse rate and mortality.
