葛根素联合替米沙坦治疗肥胖性高血压疗效观察

目的：观察葛根素联合替米沙坦治疗肥胖性高血压的临床疗效。方法选取肥胖性高血压患者160例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组80例。对照组给予替米沙坦治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用葛根素治疗，疗程1个月。比较2组临床疗效、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ LDL-C）、三酰甘油（ TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、空腹血糖（FBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、体质量指数（BMI）、腰围、左心室舒张期厚度（PWT）、尿微量白蛋白（MAU）及不良反应。结果2组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0 t．05）。与对照组比较，观察组TC、TG、SBP、DBP、FBG、HbA1C、BMI、腰围、PWT、MAU显著降低（ P ＜0．05）。2组治疗前后HDL-C、LDL-C比较差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）。治疗期间2组均未出现心血管不良反应。结论葛根素联合替米沙坦治疗肥胖性高血压疗效良好，能够明显降低患者血脂、血压、血糖、肥胖相关指数及尿MAU，且无明显不良反应。

Therapeutic effects of puerarin combined with telmisartan on obesity hypertension

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of puerarin combined with telmisartan on obesity hypertension .Methods A total of 160 patients with obesity hypertension who were admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into observation group ( n =80) and control group ( n =80).The patients in control group were treated by telmisartan ,however,the patients in observation group ,on the basis of control group , were given puerarin,with a treatment course of one month.After treatment, therapeutic effects,the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C ) , low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C ) , trigalloyl glycerol ( TG ) , total cholesterol ( TC ) , systolic blood pressure ( SBP ) , diastolic blood pressure ( DBP ) , fasting plasma glucose ( FPG ) , glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C), body mass index (BMI),waist circumference, left ventricular diastolic thickness (PWT), microalbuminuria ( MAU) and adverse reactions were detected and compared between two groups .Results There were significant differences in the total effective rates between two groups ( P <0.05).As compared with those in control group ,the levels of TC,TG,SBP, DBP,FBG,HbA1C, BMI, waist circumference,PWT,MAU in observation group were significantly decreased ( P <0.05). However there were no significant differences in the levels HDL-C and LDL-C before and after treatment in both groups ( P >0.05).The cardiovascular adverse reactions were not observed in both groups .Conclusion The puerarin combined with telmisartan is effective in treating obesity hypertension ,which can obviously decrease the levels of blood lipid , blood pressure , blood sugar , the obesity related indexes and urine MAU of patients ,without obvious adverse reactions .
