摘    要:目的研究依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)表达的影响,并分析其临床意义。方法选择急性脑梗死患者120例,随机分为对照组(常规治疗)和依达拉奉组(依达拉奉+常规治疗,依达拉奉30mg+0.9%氯化钠溶液100ml,静脉滴注,2次/d,连续14d),检测治疗前、发病72h和治疗后7d、14d患者血清中SOD、MDA和NSE的变化。结果依达拉奉组治疗后患者血清SOD升高、MDA和NSE减少,于发病72h和治疗后7d与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者进行依达拉奉治疗可以降低羟自由基水平,保护癌细咆,

Nerve protection and antioxidation of Edaravone in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Abstract:Objective To study the influence of Edaravone on serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA) and neuron-specific enolase (NSE)level in acute cerebral infarction patients and to analyze its clinical significanae. Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group of 60 cases and Edaravone group of 60 cases, its control group were given routine treatment, apart from routine tharapy the Edaravone group were added Edaravone 30 mg, twice a day, total of 14 day;the serum levers of SOD, MDA and NSE were investigated before, invasion 72 hour and 7d, 14d after treatment. Results The Edaravone group se rum levers of SOD is higher, MDA and NSE is lower than that of contral group( P 〈 0.05 ) in invasion 72 hour and 7d after treatment. Conclusion Edaravone can reduce free radical and the injury of ischemic brain cells and improve therapeutic efficacy.
