乳腺癌淋巴管密度与血管内皮生长因子C相关性分析

摘    要:目的 探讨乳腺癌组织内淋巴管密度(LVD)与血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)的相关性。方法收集我院2006至2009年乳腺癌患者标本40例,另取乳腺纤维瘤组织标本5例,正常乳腺组织标本5例;采用酶组织化学双重染色法,对50例乳腺组织标本的LVD进行了检测和分析。同时采用免疫组化SP法检测50例乳腺组织标本VEGF-C的表达。结果乳腺癌组织的LVD、VEGF-C阳性表达率明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。乳腺癌淋巴结转移阳性组LVD、VEGF.C阳性表达率均明显高于淋巴结转移阴性组(P〈0.05)。乳腺癌LVD与VEGF.C的表达成正相关(P〈0.05)。结论乳腺癌组织中LVD、VEGF—C表达水平增高,LVD与VEGF-C的表达促进乳腺癌淋巴结的转移。

Analysis of relationship between VEGF-C and lyphatic vessel density in breast cancer

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C) and lymphatic vessel density(LVD) in patients with breast cancer.Methods The breast tissue specimens of 40 cases of breast cancer,5 cases of breast fibroadenoma and 5 cases of normal breast were collected from 2006 to 2009 in our hospital,and the enzyme-histochemical double staining method was used to detect LVD of these specimens.Meanwhile immunohistochemical SP method was adopted to detect the expression of VEGF-C protein in the 50 specimens.Results The positive rates of VEGF-C and LVD expression in breast cancer tissue were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The positive rates of VEGF-C and LVD expression in lymphatic metastasis positive group were significantly higher than those in lymphatic metastasis negative group(P<0.05).The expression of VEGF-C was positively correlated with that of LVD(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of VEGF-C and LVD in breast cancer tissue are increased,which can promote lymphatic metastasis in patients with breast cancer.
