摘    要:目的探讨黄芪多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响,为黄芪多糖的临床应用提供理论依据。方法取小鼠脾细胞,置于96孔细胞培养板中,设黄芪多糖组和空白对照组,WST-1法测细胞的增殖活性;ELISA测细胞因子IL-2、IFN-γ;流式细胞术(FCM)检测细胞表型。结果黄芪多糖组细胞增殖活性显著高于空白对照组(P〈0.01);黄芪多糖组IL-2、IFN-γ的浓度随黄芪多糖浓度的增加而增多,在一定浓度范围内呈剂量依赖关系;黄芪多糖既能刺激B淋巴细胞增殖,也能刺激T淋巴细增殖。结论黄芪多糖可增强免疫功能,它不仅能提高体液免疫功能,而且能提高细胞免疫功能。

Experimental study on the effect of Astragalus Polysaccharide on immune function in vitro

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Astragalus Polysaccharides on the immune function of mice,provide a theoretical basis for its clinical application. Methods The mice spleen cells,which placed in 96-well cell culture plates,were divided into astragalus polysaccharide group and blank control group. The cell proliferation activity was measured by WST-1 method while ELISA method for cell factor IL-2,IFN- γ; flow cytometry( FCM) to detect cell phenotype. Results The proliferation of cell activity of Astragalus polysaccharide group were obvious higher than that of control group( P〈 0. 01); the concentration of IL-2 and IFN- γ in astragalus polysaccharide group increased with the rising concentration of Astragalus polysaccharide,a dose dependent manner in a certain range; astragalus polysaccharides can stimulate the proliferation of B lymphocytes and T lymphocyte. Conclusion Astragalus polysaccharide can enhance immune function. It can not only improve the humoral immune function,but also can increase the cellular immune function.
