红花黄色素的稳定性考察

摘    要:目的考察红花黄色素在制备过程中的稳定性。方法采用HPLC法,以羟基红花黄色素A(HSYA)含量为指标.考察提取、浓缩、干燥过程中红花黄色素的稳定性。结果沸水浴加热时。避光条件下和不避光条件下HSYA损失率无显著性差异,其损失率与加热时间成正比,加热4h损失率大于17%。40℃、60℃、80℃避光减压浓缩,HSYA损失率分别为0.54%、2.71%、40.28%。40℃、60℃、80℃真空干燥。HSYA损失率分别为4.23%、26.83%、87.34%;冷冻干燥HSYA损失率为2.85%。结论HSYA对光稳定性良好,对热不稳定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the stability of Safflower Yellow(SY) during preparation.METHODS With HPLC measuring the content of Hydroxy Safflower Yellow A(HSYA) as index, we observed the stability of SY in the process of extraction, concentration and drying. RESULTS Heated in boiling water bath, there was no significant difference in the loss rate of HSYA between dark condition and not dark condition. The loss rate and heating time is directly proportional. Heated after 4 hour, the loss rate was bigger than 17 %. Concentrated in dark condition at 40℃, 60℃ and 80℃, the loss rates of HSYA were: 0.54%, 2.71% and 40.28% , respectively. Vacuum drying at 40℃, 60℃ and 80℃, the loss rates were respectively: 4.23 %, 26.83 % and 87.34 %, comparing with 2.85 % during freeze drying.CONCLUSION HSYA has good stability to light, poor stabilily to heat.
