姜黄素-钌配合物的合成和抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:目的合成和表征了姜黄素-钌金属配合物,并对其抗氧化活性进行初步的研究。方法以姜黄素为配体合成其钌的配合物,用红外光谱、紫外光谱、元素分析对配合物进行了表征,并进行抗氧化活性初步筛选。结果合成了姜黄素-钌的金属配合物,并确定其结构。结论活性筛选结果表明,配合物对自由基清除活性好于姜黄素。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To synthesize and characterize Curcumin-ruthenium(Ⅲ) Complexe,and study the Anti-oxidation Activity of the complexe.METHODS The title complexe was prepared by using curcumin as ligands.This complexe was characterized by IR spectra,UV spectra and elemental analyses and screened by anti-oxidation model.RESULTS Curcumin-ruthenium(Ⅲ) Complexe was synthesized and its structure was determined.CONCLUSION The Curcumin-ruthenium(Ⅲ) Complexe have better anti-oxidation activity than curcumin and are worthy of further study.
