| 摘 要： | 目的 介绍光敏剂的研究现状和金属酞菁配合物作为第二代和第三代抗癌光敏剂的最新研究进展。方法 以国内外文献为依据，总结金属酞菁配合物抗癌活性与结构之间关系。结果 酞菁类化合物具有很好的光动力治疗活性。结论 酞菁类化合物具有潜在前景的新一代光敏剂。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE The progress on the metal phthalocyanine as the 2 nd and 3 rd anticancer photosensitizer using in the photodynamic therapy is discussed briefly.METHODS Study the relationship between the anticancer activity and structure.RESULTS Phthalocyanines showed effective photodynamic therapy activity.CONCLUSION Phthalocyanines will be promising anticancer drug. |
