银杏达莫注射液联合百令胶囊治疗急性肾损伤的疗效观察

目的探讨银杏达莫注射液联合百令胶囊治疗急性肾损伤（AKI）的临床疗效。方法将52例急性肾损伤（AKI）患者随机分为两组。对照组26例,给予银杏达莫注射液15mL,静脉滴注1次/日;联合组26例,在对照组基础上加用百令胶囊1.0口服3次/日,总疗程4周。结果联合组和对照组治愈率分别为84.6%和57.7%,总有效率分别为92.3%和65.4%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。与对照组相比,联合组恶心、呕吐、少尿持续时间等临床症状改善时间短,血肌酐恢复时间短（P〈0.05）,血透例数少（P〈0.05）。疗程结束时,联合组肾小管指标尿NAG（尿N-乙酰-β-d-氨基葡萄糖苷酶）明显下降（P〈0.05）,尿渗透压明显上升（P〈0.05）。结论银杏达莫注射液联合百令胶囊治疗急性肾损伤疗效满意,优于单用银杏达莫注射液。

Clinical study on the effects of dipyridamole injection and Bailing capsule Therapy on patients with acute kidney injury(AKI)

OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Dipyridamole injection and Bailing capsule therapy on patients with acute kidney injury.METHODS 52 patients with AKI Were divided into two groups at random,the patients in combination group（n=26）received both 15 mL Dipyridamole injection and 1.0g Bailing capsule 3 times a day additionally,and the patients in control group（n=26）received 15 mL Dipyridamole injection once a day,the couse of treatment of the two groups was 4 weeks.RESULTS The cure rate for AKI in combination group and control group were 84.6%,57.7%（P0.05）,and the total effective rate were 92.3%,65.4%（P0.05）.The coincidence time of creatinine in blood and clinical symptoms,such as nausea,vomiting,fatigue and durations of oligoanuria were shortened remarkably in the patients of combition group（P0.05）.The number of hemodialysis was lesser（P0.05）.In the end of study,urine N-acetyl-β-d-glucosaminidase（NAG）in combination group was reduced significantly（P0.05）,urine osmotic pressure was increased remarkably（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Combination use of Dipyridamole injection and Bailing capsule had marked therapeutic effect on AKI,while only use of Dipyridamole injection had a certain therapeutic effect on it.
