喜炎平联合西咪替丁注射液对小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效观察

目的 探究分析喜炎平、西咪替丁联合治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床效果.方法 对我院治疗的88例小儿轮状病毒性肠炎患儿的临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析,根据不同的治疗方式将其划分为观察组和对照组,分别给予喜炎平、西咪替丁注射液联合治疗和喜炎平注射液单独治疗,对比观察两组临床疗效.结果 通过治疗,观察组患儿临床症状消退时间早于对照组,且临床总有效率高于对照组,两组相关数据对比差异显著(P<0.05).结论 相比于喜炎平单独治疗,喜炎平联合西咪替丁治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床效果更佳,能够迅速控制和改善病情,临床应用价值高.

Clinical Effect of Xiyanping Combined with Cimetidine in the Treatment of Infantile Rotavirus Enteritis

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of cimetidine,Xi Yanp ing combined treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis.METHODS The clinical data of our hospital treatment of 88 cases of infantile rotavirus enteritis were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment m odalities will be divided into the observation group and the control group.Obse rvation group was treated with Xiyanping combined with cimetidine,and control gr oup treated with Xiyanping alone.The clinical effect of the two groups was obse rved.RESULTS The clinical symptoms of the observation group wer e earlier than the control group,and the clinical total effective rate was high er than that of control group,the difference between the two groups was signifi cant (P<0.05).CONCLUSION Compared to Xiyan m onotherapy,better clinical effect of Xiyanping combined with cimetidine in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis,can rapid control and improve the co ndition and clinical application value of high.
