摘    要:目的建立测定溶液及体液样本中五聚赖氨酸-2-羰基酞菁锌(ZnPc-(Lys)5)的方法。方法采用胶束增敏荧光法测定溶液及体液样本中ZnPc-(Lys)5的浓度。结果 ZnPc-(Lys)5在溶液及人体尿液和血浆样本中的线性范围均为10.0~500.0nmol.L-1;检测限分别为2.26、5.26和3.00nmol.L-1,回收率分别为98.7%~104.9%、97.1%~104.0%和93.3%~105.8%,RSD均低于5%。结论建立的胶束增敏荧光法用于溶液及体液样本中ZnPc-(Lys)5的测定准确可靠。
