壮骨健膝颗粒的质量标准研究

摘    要:目的提高壮骨健膝颗粒的质量标准。方法用薄层色谱法鉴别颗粒中的川牛膝、徐长卿;用高效液相色谱法测定丹皮酚含量。结果在薄层色谱中可以检出川牛膝、徐长卿;丹皮酚在1.12-16.8μg·mL-1(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.40%,RSD为1.16%(n=6)。结论方法简便,准确,专属性强,可以更有效地控制壮骨健膝颗粒的质量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To improve the quality standards of Zhuanggujianxi Granule.METHODS TLC was employed to identify Cyathula officinalis Kuan and Cynanchum paniculatum(Bge.)Kitag in granule;high performance liquid chromatography was used to determine paeonol content in Zhuanggujianxi Granule.RESULTS Cyathula officinalis Kuan and Cynanchum paniculatum(Bge.)Kitag can be detected by TLC;The linearity was obtained over the range of 1.12~16.8μg·mL-1(r=0.9999)for paeonol,The average recoveries of was 98.40%,and the RSDs was 1.16%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate,specific,and can more effectively control the quality of Zhuanggujianxi Granule.
