摘    要:目的 研究中药"六陈"中药(陈皮、半夏、枳壳、麻黄、狼毒、吴茱萸)因陈化所致有效成分变化规律,为"六陈"中药的采集、炮制、贮藏和应用等提供借鉴.方法 采用加速试验原理设计,定期取样,用HPLC方法测定所含有效成分含量.所得加速试验条件下的陈化时间,通过化学动力学公式(Arrhenius公式)变换为常温条件下的陈放时间.结果 在加速试验条件下,陈皮、吴茱萸陈放3个月时有效成分含量达到极值;狼毒陈放约2个月时色原酮的含量最高;半夏有效成分含量总体呈下降趋势.枳壳有效成分含量在陈放2月份时有小幅上升后,尔后急剧下降,至存放3个月时有效成分几乎检测不到.麻黄中有效成分含量呈显著下降趋势,第4月份达到极小值,至5~6月又呈缓慢上升趋势.结论 本研究对于"六陈"中大部分中药的储存期限给出了明确结论,对于指导"六陈"中药的采收、贮藏等具有指导意义.

Studies on the dynamic variation of chemical constituents in related Chinese medicinal herbs of "Liuchen" adopting acceleration experiment design

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the dynamic variation of chemical constituents in related of " Liuchen" (Periearpium Citri Reticulatae, Rhizoma Pinelliae, Fructus Aurantii Submaturus, Herba Ephedrae Sinicae, Radix Eu- phorbiae Ficherianae, Fructus Evodiae Rutaecarpae) , and to provide reference for their collection, process, storage and application of these material medica. METHODS Adopting the design of acceleration experiment, take sample at regular intervals,measure the content of effective ingredients with HPLC method. According to Chemical kinetics (Arrhenius for mula) ,convert the storage time in condition of acceleration experiment to the normal time in ambi- ance. RESULTS Under the condition of acceleration experiment, it shows that the content of the effective ingredient in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Fructus Evodiae Rutaecarpae reaches extreme value when it comes to 3 months, the chromone of Radix Euphorbiae Ficherianae achieves maximum when it comes to about 2 months. The content of effective ingredient in Rhizonm Pinelliae shows the trend of descending in the whole. The content of effective ingredi- ent in Fructus Aurantii Submaturus gets a small elevation on the second month, then descends rapidly, and becomes hardly to be measured when it comes to 3 months. The effective of ingredient content in Herba Ephedrae Sinicae takes on a sharp decline, and reaches minimum when it comes to 4 months, then ascends slowly during 5 and 6 months. CONCLUSION This study provides conclusion for the storage time of most Chinese medicine of " Li- uchen", and it is aseful to guide the collection, storage of these material medica and so on.
