| 摘 要： | 葛根素为一异黄酮类化舍物．临床上主要用于心脑血管疾病的治疗，其药源丰富，疗效好，安全范围广，受到了广泛关注。本文对其近年来化学研究，药理活性，含量测定以及溶解度问题等方面的研究进展做一综述。

| Abstract: | Puerarin,which is a kind of isoflavone compounds,is mainly used clinically for treatment of cardiovascular system disease. It is extensively attentioned for abundant source,good pharmacological action and extensive safe extension. Recent studies on chemistry, pharmacological action, measuring of content and the solubility problem of puerarin were reviewed. |
