药物治疗高血压合并冠心病100例临床分析

目的：观察高血压合并冠心病的临床特点和药物治疗的临床疗效。方法：调查研究100例高血压合并冠心病患者的临床资料,均给予二氢吡啶类钙通道阻断剂硝苯地平缓释片（Ⅱ）进行治疗。结果：100例患者中,60岁以上的患者有82例（82%）,临床上有49例（49%）表现为急、慢性心力衰竭症状。硝苯地平缓释片有明显的降压效果,在第4周时该药的降压显效率为59%,总有效率为85%;治疗6个月后主要临床缺血事件发生率为7%。结论：高血压合并冠心病患者,老年人占比例较大,临床表现以急、慢性心力衰竭为主。硝苯地平缓释片（Ⅱ）是适合高血压合并冠心病患者的一线降压药。

The clinical analysis of drug treatment of 100 cases with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease

Objective： To observe the clinical characteristics of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease and the clinical efficacy of drug treatment. Methods： To investigate and study clinical data of 100 cases with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease,all of whom were given dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker Nifedipine sustained release tablets （Ⅱ） for treatment. Results： Among the 100 patients, 82（82%）patients were over 60 years old; clinically, 49 cases （49% ） showed acute and chronic heart failure symptoms.Nifedipine sustained-release tablets had marked reduction in blood pressure. In the 4th week,the antihypertensive effective rate was 59%,and the total effective rate was 85%; the incidence of major clinical ischemic events was 7% after 6 months＇ treatment. Conclusion： There is a higher percentage of older persons in patients with hypertension combine with coronary heart disease, acute and chronic heart failure dominated clinical manifestations. Nifedipine sustained-release tablets （Ⅱ） is the first-line antihypertensive drug which is suitable for patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease.
