开放性胫腓骨骨折的手术治疗及并发症的防治

目的探讨开放性胫腓骨骨折的治疗及并发症的防治。方法对2005年1月-2010年1月的126例开放性胫腓骨骨折患者的手术治疗情况及并发症情况进行分析。结果共有4例因发生内固定松动及3例因骨折延迟愈合均需经二次手术后获得满意疗效，12例发生软组织感染，2例发生骨感染。结论一期彻底清创、严格无菌操作、术中术后控制感染、选择合适有效地固定、创造良好的软组织覆盖骨质创面，可防止和减少并发症的发生。

The surgical intervention and treatment of complications for open tibiofibular fracrures

Objective To explore the surgical intervention and treatment of complications for tibiofibular fracrures. Methods A retrospective analyzed surgical treatment and complication in 126 cases with open tibiofibular fractures were carried out from January 2005 to January 2010. Results It was shown that there were 4 cases of internal fixation loosened and 3 cases onsolidation tardive were under control after secondary procedures. There were 12 cases with skin soft tissue infection and 2 cases with bone infection. Conclusion It is therefore concluded that the extensive debridement, rigorous sterile operation, the control of the wound infection in intraoperation and postoperation, selection of appropriate fixation and the creation of the favourable surface of wound can prevent and reduce the clinical complication.
