| 摘 要： | 目的 研究分析老年肺结核的治疗方法和疗效观察.方法 对本院2008～2011年治疗的132例老年肺结核患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.观察治疗效果和评价治疗前后患者的生活质量.结果 在132例患者中,治愈93例（70.45%）,好转23例（17.42%）,无效5例（3.79%）,死亡11例（8.34%）,总有效率为87.88%.治疗后患者的生活质量明显好于治疗前.结论 老年肺结核的治疗要针对患者自身状况和疾病的发展情况进行,初治复治要重视药物的合理搭配,及时防治各种并发症.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the treatment and curative effect of senile pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods The clinical data of 132 cases of senile pulmonary tuberculosis patients treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The treatment effect and quality of life of patients before and after treatment were observed. Results In 132 patients, cured in 93 cases (70.45%), improved in 23 cases (17.42%), ineffective in 5 cases (3.79%), death in 11 cases (8.34%), the total effective rate was 87.88%. The quality of life of patients after treatment was significantly better than that before treatment. Conclusion The senile pulmonary tuberculosis treatment for the patient′s own physical condition and disease in newly diagnosed retreatment should pay attention to the drug with a reasonable and timely prevention and treatment of various complications. |
