腰大肌康复法治疗青少年脊柱侧弯症56例疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察运用腰大肌康复法治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯症的临床疗效。方法采用四维调曲法、腰大肌康复法、正脊骨法为主,辅助练功疗法治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯症56例。结果 56例青少年特发性脊柱侧弯者侧弯度数均有改善。胸椎改善度数最大者为26°,最小者为5°,平均改善11.2°;腰椎改善度数最大者为30°,最小者为8°,平均改善14.6°。1年后随访40例,随访率为71.4%,除3例度数增大外,其余病例均未加重。加重病例与未坚持练功有关。结论腰大肌康复法治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯症疗效显著,复发率低,无痛苦,无创伤。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effects of big waist muscle rehabilitation method in the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.Methods Used four D the song method,with muscle rehabilitation method,was spine method was given priority,auxiliary athletic therapy in the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis in 56 cases.Results All the patients of the AIS of 56 cases had improved.Thoracic improve the attributes of 26° degree,minimum for 5° to improve,the average of 11.2°;Lumbar improve the attributes of 30° degree,the minimum for 8°,to improve the average of 14.6°.1 years after 40 patients with visitors,follow-up rate was 71.4%,except 3 cases degree increase outside,the rest cases all did not increase.Aggravating cases and not adhering to the acrobatics.Conclusion Big waist muscle rehabilitation method in the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis curative effect is distinct,the recurrence rate is low,no pain,no wound.
