| 摘 要： | 目的测定止咳定喘丸中苦杏仁苷的含量，为止咳定喘丸的质量研究提供依据。方法采用高相液相色谱（HPLC）法测定止咳平喘丸中苦杏仁的活性成分苦杏仁苷的含量；使用Agilent SB—C18（4．6mmx250mm，5μm）色谱柱；以乙腈-0．1％磷酸（8：92）为流动相，流量1．0ml／min。结果建立了HPLC法测定止咳定喘丸中苦杏仁苷的含量，苦杏仁苷进样量在0．0824-2．0600μg范围内，线性关系良好（r=0．9995），平均回收率为99．03％，RSD=2．25％（n=6）。结论该方法准确、重复性好，可用于止咳平喘丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for amygdalin in Zhikedingchuan pills,in order to provide the basis for Zhikedingehuan pills quality research. Methods The content of amygdalin was determind by HPLC was carried on with a Agilent SB-C18（4.6 mm~250 mm,5 ~m） eolumn,acctonitrile-0.1% phosphate （8：9：2） as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Rusults Establish a method of HPLC for amygdalin in Zhikedingchuan pills.Amygdalin showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.0824-2.0600 I, Lg （r=0.9995）,the average recovery was 99.03%,RSD=2.25% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is accurate with a good reproducibility,and suitable for quality control of Zhikedingchuan pills. |
