摘    要:目的了解宜良县艾滋病感染人群的变化趋势,为进一步做好艾滋病防治工作提供参考依据。方法利用2011及2012年自愿咨询检测(VCT)数据对求询者类型及检测结果进行对比分析。结果与2011年比较,2012年接受VCT的静脉注射吸毒者检测率降低了5.1%,女性商业性行为服务者检测率上升了6.4%,配偶或性伴侣上升了3.0%;在人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体阳性检出率方面,注射吸毒者降低了42.0%,女性商业性行为服务者上升了4.0%,配偶或性伴侣上升了18.2%。结论性接触正逐渐成为HIV传播的主要因素,VCT的推广有利于及时观察新发HIV感染人群的变化趋势,从而加强重点人群的干预,减少HIV的传播。

Effects of voluntary consultation test on AIDS prevention and treatment

Abstract:Objective To investigate changes of AIDS infected population in Yiliang county in order to provide refer- ence for improving AIDS prevention and treatment in the future. Methods Comparative analysis of VCT participant types and test results was conducted based on voluntary consultation test (VCT) data from 2011 to 2012. Results From 2011 to 2012,the detection rate among intravenous drug users that received VCT decreased by 5.1%;the detection rate among female commercial sex workers increased by 6.4%;the detection rate among spouses or sex partners increased by 3.0%.In the aspect of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) antibody positive detection rate,the intravenous drug users de- creased by 42.0% ;the female commercial sex workers increased by 4.0% ;the spouses or sex partners increased by 18.2%. Conclusion Sexual contact is gradually becoming the main cause of HIV transmission.VCT promotion is con- ducive to promptly observing new changes of HIV infected population in order to strengthen intervention on focus pop- ulations and reduce HIV transmission.
