| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小剂量阿维A联合中药方剂治疗成人扁平疣的疗效。方法：将临床诊断为扁平疣的136例患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用小剂量阿维A联合中药方剂内服,对照组单用中药方剂内服,4周为1个观察疗程。结果：疗程结束时两组的总有效率分别为88.89%和54.68%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：小剂量阿维A联合中药方剂内服是治疗扁平疣更有效的方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of low-dose acitretin in combination Chinese herbal medicines in treating adult verruca planae.Methods：136 patients with adult verruca planae were divided into two groups randomly.The patients in treatment group used low-dose acitretin in combination Chinese herbal medicines,the patients in control group used Chinese herbal medicines only.These two groups had been treated for four weeks comtinously.Rusults：The effective rate of patients in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group （P0.01）.Conclusion：Low-dose acitretin in combination Chinese herbal medicines is one way to more effective in treating adult verruca planae. |
