摘    要:目的建立稀土荧光探针法测定阿魏酸哌嗪片中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法在336nm和545nm为激发波长和发射波长条件下,应用阿魏酸一荧光体系测定了阿魏酸的含量,与标准方法测得的结果进行对比。结果该方法线性关系良好,线性方程为:If=40.171C+15.566,相关系数r=0.994,结果比较满意。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏。可作为制剂的含量直接分析方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determining the content of ferulic acid in piperazine ferulate tablets by the rare earth fluorescent probe method. Methods When excitation wavelength and emission was 336 nm and 545 rim, the content of ferulic acid was determined by application of ferulic acid fluorescence system, with the standard method for the measurement of results. Results The linear relation was good, the linear equation for: If =40.171C+15.566, cor- relation coefficient r = 0.994, the result was satisfactory. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, sensitive, and can be used for preparation of content analysis method of directly.
