社区管理对糖尿病患者的影响

目的：分析社区管理对糖尿病患者的影响。方法选择2013年1~12月本辖区内的糖尿病患者80例，均进行登记建档，随机分为两组，对照组40例给予健康教育，未做其他干预，只定期进行随访，研究组40例给予社区管理，比较两组的血糖水平、生命质量及患者满意度。结果研究组的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖低于对照组，生命质量评分及患者满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用综合、有效的社区管理对控制糖尿病患者的血糖水平有积极的影响，还能提高患者的生命质量及满意度，值得推广应用。

Influence of community management on patients with diabetes mellitus

Objective To analyze the influence of community management on patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 80 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus in the community were selected and randomly divided into two groups,all patients were registered files.The control group for 40 cases received health education without other intervention,and the patients were followed up.The research group for 40 cases received community management.The blood sugar level, life quality and patient satisfaction in two groups was compared respectively. Results Fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose in research group was lower than that in control group respectively,life quality score and patient sat-isfaction in research group was higher than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Con-clusion Comprehensive and effective community management applied in patients with diabetes mellitus has positive in-fluence on controlling blood glucose level,and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
