依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及其机制。方法将62例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组:对照组3l例,采用常规治疗,共14d;治疗组31例,在对照组基础上加用依达拉奉30rag+0.9%氯化钠溶液250mL静滴,2次/d,共14d。测定治疗前、治疗后7、14d血浆(清)一氧化氮(NO)浓度;并在治疗前、治疗后7、14d分别进行ESS评分。结果治疗组第7天血清NO浓度与对照组比较明显下降(P〈0.05),14天血清NO浓度比对照组下降更显著(P〈0.01);治疗组第7天ESS评分高于对照组(P〈0.05),第14天ESS评分与对照组比升高更显著(P〈0.01)。结论早期使用依达拉奉可以显著改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能。

Clinical curative effect observation on edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its mechanism.Methods Sixty-two patients suffering from acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups:control group of 31 patients was treated with conventional medication for 14 days;31 patients in treatment group were treated with 30 mg of edaravone plus 250 mL of saline infusion twice daily in addition to the conventional medication for 14 days as was received by control group.The concentrations of serum nitric oxide(NO) of these patients were measured shortly before treatment,and the 7th day and 14th day after the treatment respectively;ESS scores at the same interval were also assessed.Results Compared with the corresponding figures in control group,the serum NO levels in treatment group on the seventh day were significantly lower(P < 0.05) and those on the 14th day were even more significantly lower(P < 0.01);the ESS score in treatment group on the 7th day was higher(P < 0.05) and that on the 14th day was even much higher(P < 0.01).Conclusion Early use of edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve patients’ nerve function.
