手术切除联合CO2激光治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的临床效果观察

目的 探讨手术切除联合CO2激光治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的临床效果.方法 将100例肛周尖锐湿疣患者随机分为A、B组,A组单纯应用手术切除治疗,B组采用手术切除联合CO2激光治疗,两组均随访6个月.结果 治疗4个月后,A组治愈31例,治愈率为62.0％,B组治愈40例,治愈率治愈率为80.0％;治疗6个月后A组治愈35例,治愈率为70.0％;B组治愈46例,治愈率为92.0％,两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 手术切除联合CO2激光治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的效果显著.

Clinical effect observation of operation combined with CO2 laser treatment anus week condyloma acuminate

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of operation combined with CO2 laser treatment anus week condyloma acuminate. Methods lO0 patients with anus week condyloma acuminate were randomly divided into group A,B.Group A was only treated with operation,group B was treated with operation combined with CO2 laser,the two group patients were followed up 6 months. Results After treated 4 months,31 cases were cured in group A,the cure rate was 62.0%,40 cases were cured in group B,the cure rate was 80.0%,there was significant difference in two groups （P〈0.05）, after treated 6 months,35 cases were cured in group A,the cure rate was 70.0%,46 cases were cured in group B,the cure rate was 92.0%,there was significant difference in two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The operation combined with CO2 laser treatment anus week condyloma acuminate has a good effect.
