不同类型子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜术后妊娠及复发状况研究

目的探讨不同类型子宫内膜息肉(EP)合并不孕患者宫腔镜术后妊娠及复发状况,以提高认识,积累诊治经验。方法根据200例EP合并不孕患者宫腔镜术病理检查结果分为两组:功能性EP组62例和非功能性EP组138例,比较两组间宫腔镜术后6个月内妊娠及复发情况的差异。结果功能性EP组术后6个月内妊娠率显著高于非功能性EP组(P<0.05);功能性EP组术后复发率显著低于非功能性EP组(P<0.05)。结论非功能性EP可能是宫腔镜术后仍不孕的因素之一,且与术后复发密切相关。

Research on the nature pregnancy and relapse of the patients with different endometrial polyps after treatment by hysteroscopy

Objective To investigate the nature pregnancy and relapse of the patients with different endometrial polyps(EP) after treatment by hysteroscopy,to improve recognization and accumulate experience of diagnosis and therapy.Methods Based on EP’s pathological diagnosis after treatment by hysteroscopy,200 patients with EP were dividing into functional EP group in 62 cases and non-funtional EP group in 138 cases,to explore the nature pregnancy and relapse differences of the two groups in six months after treatment by hysteroscopy.Results The pregnancy rate of funvtional group was notedly higher than that of non-functional group(P<0.05),and in functional group the relapse rate was significantly lower than that in non-functional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-functional EP may be one of the cause for pregnancy failing and may be related to EP relapse after treatment by hysteroscropy.
