氯沙坦钾治疗原发性高血压75例疗效分析

目的：评价氯沙坦钾治疗高血压的疗效。方法：将150例符合入组条件的原发性高血压患者随机分为氯沙坦钾治疗组和对照组（卡托普利治疗），每组75例。治疗组服用氯沙坦钾50mg，1次／d，对照组服用卡托普利25mg，2次，d，共观察8周。观察各组的治疗效果和不良反应情况。结果：治疗组和对照组患者在治疗前后血压都下降平稳，治疗组和对照组患者血压下降没有明显的差异。对照组和治疗组患者的心率和生化指标没有明显改变，对照组中有2例出现显著的干咳，不能耐受实验，而治疗组没有这种现象。结论：氯沙坦钾治疗原发性高血压安全、有效，其发生不良反应的可能性较卡托普利显著降低。

Effects analysis Of Losartan on the treatment Of primary hypertension in 75 Cases

Objective： To observe the effect of losartan on the treatment of hypertension during 8 weeks. Methods： 150 patients with primary hypertension were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with losartan of 50 mg/d for 8 weeks. The others were treated with captopril of 25 mg twice a day for 8 weeks as well. The efficacy and safety were evaluated with clinical, biochemical and blood pressure parameters. Results： Blood pressure was significantly reduced both in treatment group or control group. No difference was observed in the effect of controlling blood pressure in the two groups. No change in heart rate and blood parameters was observed in this study. Hacking cough was observed in control group but not in treatment group. Conclusion： Losartan is an effective and safe drug for the treatment of primary hypertension. In addition, the possibility of occurring side-effects of losartan is much lower than captopril.
