| 摘 要： | 目的：观察围刺配合埋针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法：60例患者随机分为治疗组（围刺配合埋针）和对照组（西药治疗），治疗2个疗程后比较两组患者治愈率和止痛起效速度。结果：治疗组在治愈率和止痛起效速度上均优于对照组。结论：围刺配合埋针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效优于西药治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of surround needling plus press-needle in treating the herpes zoster＇s residual neuralgia. Methods： Sixty patients were randomly divided into a treatment group （surround needling plus press-needle） and a control group （western medication）. After two treatment courses, the cure rate and the speed of pain reduced were compared between the two groups. Results： The cure rate of the treatment group is better than the control group＇s, and in the treatment group the pain is reduced much faster than in the control group. Conclusion： The efficacy of surround needling plus press-needle is better than western medication in treating the herpes zoster＇s residual neuralgia. |
