辛伐他汀对急性心肌梗死患者血清C反应蛋白及血脂的影响

目的：探讨辛伐他汀对急性心肌梗死患者血清C反应蛋白（CRP）及血脂水平的影响,并研究不同剂量的治疗效果。方法：选择急性心肌梗死患者96例,随机分为3组,A组给予常规治疗,B组在此基础上加用辛伐他汀20mg/d,C组加用辛伐他汀40mg/d,分别在发病24h内及治疗后不同时段检测CRP及血脂水平。结果：①B组及C组患者治疗1周后,hs-CRP水平明显降低,TC、LDL-C、HDL-C略有降低（P〈0.05）,TG略有升高（P〈0.05）;治疗2周后,hs-CRP水平进一步降低（P〈0.05）,TC、LDL-C、HDL-C水平与治疗后1周比较呈升高趋势（P〈0.05）,TG进一步升高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。②治疗后,C组患者较B组患者hs-CRP水平降低更为明显,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：辛伐他汀降低hs-CRP及血脂TC、LDL-C与剂量呈正相关。

Effect of simvastatin on serum C reactive protein and blood lipids in patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective： To investigate the effects of simvastatin on serum C reactive protein （ CRP ） and lipids in patients with acute myocardial infarction, and study the therapeutic effect of different doses. Methods： Ninty-six cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into three groups, group A were given routine treatment, group B were given simvastatin 20 mg/d based on the group A treatment, group C were given simvastatin 40 mg/d based on the group A treatment, CRP and serum lipid levels were detected within 24 hours of symptom onset and treatment at different time. Results： ① Group B and group C patients after 1 week, hs-CRP levels decreased significantly, and TC, LDL-C, HDL-C decreased （P〈0.05）, TG slightly elevated （P〈0.05）; after 2 weeks treatment, hs-CRP level further reduced （P〈 0.05）, and TC, LDL-C, HDL-C levels were increased compared with 1 week ＂after treatment （P〈0.05）, TG increased, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. ② After treatment, hs-CRP level decreased more obviously in group C patients than in group B patients, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The reducing of simvastatin on hs-CRP and lipids in TC, LDL-C is related to the dosage positively.
