宫血宁胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗排卵期功能失调性子宫出血疗效观察

目的：观察宫血宁胶囊配伍戊酸雌二醇（补佳乐）治疗排卵期功血（功能失调性子宫出血）的临床疗效。方法：将门诊确诊为排卵期供血的患者60例随机分成治疗组与对照组,治疗组服用补佳乐及宫血宁胶囊,对照组服用安络血片。结果：治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为96.7%和76.7%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：宫血宁胶囊配伍补佳乐治疗排卵期功血安全有效。

Effect observation on Gongxuening capsule combined with Progynova in treatment of cases with ovulation period dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Gongxuening capsule combined with Progynova in treatment of ovulation period dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods： 60 cases were randomly divided into reatment group （n=30） who were given orally Gongxueningcapsule and low dose estrogen,and control group（n=30） who received orally AnLuoXue. Resuits： The healing rate and the total effectiveness rate of treatment group were significantly higher than that of control group （76.7% vs 46.7%,96.7% vs 76.7%, P〈0.05）, and few side effects occurred. Conclusion： It is effective and safe that Gongxuening capsule combined with Progynova in treatment of vulation period dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and can be widely used in clinic.
