小切口阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床分析

摘    要:目的 探讨应用小切口阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床效果.方法 抽取76例患有急性阑尾炎的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组38例.对照组患者采用常规开放手术方式进行治疗;治疗组患者采用小切口阑尾切除术进行治疗.结果 治疗组患者急性阑尾炎病情治疗效果明显优于对照组(总有效率为94.7%vs 73.7%);手术操作时间(45.72±5.74) min]和术后恢复时间(6.59±1.02)d]明显短于对照组(28.95±4.51) min,(3.78±0.49)d];术中出血量(114.51±10.64) ml]明显低于对照组(31.16±8.93) ml];出现不良反应的例数(6例)明显少于对照组(1例).结论 应用小切口阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床效果非常明显.

Abstract:Objective To research the clinical effect of appendectomy via mini-incision for the treatment of acute ap- pendicitis. Methods 76 patients with acute appendicitis were selected and randomly divided into the control group and treatment group, each group had 38 cases.The control group was given the operation of general surgery,and the control group was given the appendectomy via mini-incision. Results The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was signif- icantly better than that of the control group (the total effective rate was 94.7% vs 73.7%).The time of surgery (45.72_+ 5.74) minI and recovery time (6.59_+1.02) d] after surgery in the treatment group were both significantly shorten than those 1(28.95+_4.51) rain,(3.78_+0.49) d] in the control group.The amount of bleeding during surgery in the treatment group {(114.51_+10.64) ml) was significantly lower than that of the control group (31.16_+8.93) ml). The number of ad- verse reactions in the treatment group (n=6) was significantly lower than that of the control group (n=l). Conclusion The clinical effect of appendectomy via mini-incision for the treatment of acute appendicitis is very obvious.
