三联疗法联合中药治疗消化性溃疡的临床观察

目的 观察三联疗法联合中药治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果.方法 将100例入选消化性溃疡患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组患者给予奥美拉唑＋阿莫西林＋克拉霉素三联治疗,观察组患者在对照组三联治疗方案的基础上联合中药治疗,治疗14 d后,比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果 对照组患者总有效率为82％,观察组患者总有效率为96％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;对照组患者Hp根除35例（70％）,观察组患者Hp根除43例（86％）,观察组Hp清除率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;对照组患者中出现腹泻3例,恶心2例,上腹部不适3例;观察组患者中出现腹泻1例,恶心3例,上腹部不适2例,两组患者出现的不良反应症状较轻,均未进行特殊处理,自行缓解.结论 三联疗法联合中药治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果显著,Hp清除率高,不良反应较轻,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical observation of triple therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of peptic ulcer

Objective To observe the clinical effect of triple therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods 100 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 100 cases,control group was given omeprazole,amoxicillin and clarithromycin triple therapy,observation group was given triple therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment.After 14 days,the therapeutic effect of two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of control group was 82%,the total effective rate of observation group was 96%,with a significant difference（P〈0.05）.The Hp clearance of control group were 35 cases（70%）,the Hp clearance of observation group were 43 cases（86%）,the Hp clearance of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,with a significant difference （P〈0.05）.Control group had 3 cases of diarrhea,2 cases of nausea,3 cases of abdominal discomfort.Observation group had 1 case of diarrhea,3 cases of nausea,2 cases of abdominal discomfort.The symptom of the adverse reactions of two groups were light,neither for special treatment and relieved by themselves.Conclusion The clinical effect of peptic ulcer by triple therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine is significantly,the Hp clearance rate is high,the adverse reaction is light and it is worthy of clinical application.
