| 摘 要： | 本文作者通过对1例突发低血糖患者的病例跟踪,分析了导致患者低血糖的原因,认为临床药师可以把糖皮质激素对血糖的影响作为参与临床实践的切入点,对使用糖皮质激素患者进行药学监护,更直接地为患者服务。

| Abstract: | By tracking a case of patient with unexpected hypoglycemia, the author analyzes the reason that caused hypoglycemia, and consideres that the clinical pharmacists can provide service directly via glucocorticoid effect on blood sugar level and provide pharmaceutical care for the patient who take glucocorticoid, so it is more directly for clinical pharmacists in the service of patients. |
