冠心病并糖耐量减低患者静脉血中Fig、GHbA_(1c)水平与冠脉病变的关系

摘    要:目的:研究在冠心病合并糖耐量减低患者中纤维蛋白原(Fig)、糖化血红蛋白A1c(GHbA1c)水平与冠脉病变支数的关系。方法:106例经OGTT试验确诊的糖耐量减低患者,根据冠脉造影结果分为对照组(A组),单支冠脉病变组(B组),多支冠脉病变组(C组),分别测定3组血中Fig,GHbA1c水平。结果:B组中的Fig、GHbA1c水平较A组升高(P〈0.05),C组中的Fig、GHbA1c水平较A组明显升高(P〈0.01),并且C组中的Fig水平较B组升高(P〈0.01),C组中的GHbA1c水平较B组升高(P〈0.05)。A组血浆中Fig与GHbA1c之间无相关性(P〉0.05),B组血浆中Fig与GHbA1c之间有相关性(P〈0.05),C组血浆中Fig与GHbA1c之间有相关性(P〈0.01)。结论:糖耐量减低合并冠心病患者血清GHbA1c及Fig水平明显升高,且二者水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度密切相关,联合检测血清GHbA1c及Fig水平可用于评价糖耐量减低患者冠状动脉粥样硬化程度。

The relationship between the levels of plasma fibrinogen and glycosylated hemoglobin A1c and severity of coronary artery lesions in coronary heart disease patients with IGT

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the relationship between the levels of fibrinogen (Fig) ,glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (GHbA1c) and vessel numbers of coronary artery lesions in coronary heart disease patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT). Methods: 106 cases were confirmed IGT with the oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). According to coronary angiog raphy results,the patients were divided into 3 groups,control group(A group), single-vessel group(B group), multivessel group(C group). Plasma Fig, GHbA1c were detected respectively. Results: Plasma Fig,GHbA1c levels were higher in B group than that in A group (P0.05), significantly higher in C group than that in A group (P0.01). Plasma Fig levels were higher in C group than that in B group (P0.01), Plasma GHbA1c levels were higher in C group than that in B group (P0.05). There was correlation existed between Fig and GHbA1c in B and C group. Conclusion: Plasma Fig and HbA1c levels are higher in coronary heart disease patients with IGT than in patients merely with IGT. The plasma Fig and HbA 1c levels are related severity of coronary artery lesions.
