肝硬化患者护理中运用Orem自理的临床分析

目的：探讨肝硬化患者护理中运用Orem自理的临床分析及效果。方法：选择2008年3月～2009年12月本院的肝硬化患者40例为研究对象,将其随机分为Orem自理模式组和普通护理模式组,即称为观察组和对照组,观察组20例,男12例,女8例;对照组20例,男13例,女7例。观察组运用Orem自理理论来进行护理,对照组则采用常规护理方法进行护理。结果：护理后观察组患者的生存质量明显高于对照组。结论：Orem自理理论可以提高患者的生存质量,但在改善患者的焦虑忧郁等状况方面作用不明显。

The clinical analysis of the use of Orem self in the patients with cirrhosis

Objective：To analyze the effect for patients with liver cirrhosis using Orem self care. Methods：40 patients with liver cirrhosis in our hospital from March 2008 to December 2009 were selected as research object. The cirrhotic patients were divided into observation group and control group,and then they were randomly divided into self-care model and the general Orem nursing model,known as the observation group and control group,observed 20 patients,12 males and 8 females;control group of 20 patients,13 males and 7 females. Orem self observation group to carry out care management,the control group with conventional care methods. Results：The group of patients was significantly higher quality of life. Conclusion：Orem theory of self-care can improve quality of life of patients,but in improving patient state of anxiety and depression is not obvious.
