| 摘 要： | 药房是医院药学服务的窗口，其服务质量的好坏直接影响着患者的康复进程，目前基层医院药房建设仍未达到标准化，管理不规范、从事药学工作人员整体素质不高等问题直接影响着药学学科的建设与发展，尤其是临床用药安全。如何提高药学人员综合素质，把好药品质量关，积极开展临床药学工作，不断提高基层医院药学服务质量和管理水平是急需思考与解决的问题。

| Abstract: | Pharmacy is the service window of hospital＇s pharmaceutical,the service quality of which directly affects the rehabilitation process of patients.However,the problems like that current pharmacy conditions have not reaching the standard,the management is not standard,and the overall quality of the staff engaged in the pharmacy is not high,hinder the construction and development of pharmacy directly,which makes the problem of clinical medication safety particularly prominent.How to improve the comprehensive quality of pharmaceutical personnel,guarantee the quality of drugs, carry out the clinical pharmacy work actively,and constantly improve the level of hospital pharmacy service quality and management are urgent to be to thought and solved. |
