| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨非手术治疗在综合治疗中的作用和意义。方法：回顾分析我院1996～2006年收治的重症急性胰腺炎58例的治疗经过,结合文献进行分析、讨论。结果：58例重症急性胰腺炎全部实施个体化治疗方案（其中36例在不同时期并行手术治疗）,治愈41例、占70.6%,出现并发症7例,占12.6%,死亡10例,病死率占17.2%。结论：实行合理化综合性治疗,强调严密监测病情的非手术治疗重症急性胰腺炎能降低死亡率和并发症。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize and analyze the comprehensive and rational treatment of severe acute pancreatitis and focus on the significance of non-surgery therapy during the whole treatment.Methods:A retrospective review for 58 patients treated as severe acute pancreatitis was carried out in our hospital from 1996 to 2006,and the process of the whole treatment was analyzed.Results:The whole group of 58 patients diagnosed as severe acute pancreatitis was treated with personal plan.For the 58 patients,36 patients were surgically treated in the different period.In the whole group,7 out of(12.06%)58 cases took place complications,10 out of(17.2%)58 cases died,41 out of(70.6%)58 cases recovered.Conclusion:Comprehensive and reasonable therapy,especially non-surgery therapy with close monitoring the patients'condition for severe acute pancreatitis may reduce death and complication. |
