血液透析病人高血压的治疗对策

目的:探讨血液透析病人高血压的状况及治疗对策。方法:回顾性分析血液透析病人687例,配合药物治疗的高血压状况。结果:162例病人(占病例组23.6%)经血液透析治疗、药物治疗后仍存在高血压,称透析病人难治性高血压。结论:高血压是血液透析最常见的并发症之一。限制水、钠摄入量;控制好病人的干体重;合理使用降压药物;注意促红细胞生成素(EPO)的使用频率和剂量;结合定期的血液滤过等治疗无效时,可采用国际上延长透析时间的方式。

Therapeutic countermeasure of hemodialysis in patients with hypertension

Objective:To analyse the condition of hemodialysis in patients with hypertension and its countermeasure.Methods:687patients with hypertension undergoing hemodialysis were analysed retrospectively,and their conditions of hypertension in the cooperation of medication were observed.Results:Hypertension still existed in162patients(accounting for23.6%of the case group)after hemodialysis and medication,it was called refractory hypertension to dialysis patients.Conclusion:Hypertension is one of the usual complications of hemodialysis treatment.It is very important to limit the ingestion of water and sodium,control body weight of patient,use the dose of antihypertensive drug reasonbly and pay attention to the dose and frequency of erythropoietin(EPO).The international method of extending time of dialysis can be adopted,if regular hemofitrations are failed.
