| 摘 要： | 目的:观察潮式腹膜透析(tidal peritoneal dialysis,TPD)应用于新置管腹透患者治疗过程中的临床症状及引流情况,为新置管腹透患者提供更适合的治疗模式.方法:回顾性分析2008年11月～2010年5月在我院接受自动化腹膜透析(automated peritoneal dialysis,APD)治疗的新置管腹透患者21例.对新置管术后患者采用TPD模式治疗,观察治疗过程中患者的腹部症状及引流情况,针对患者的个体情况做好术后护理及患者培训教育.结果:21例患者均能顺利转持续非卧床腹膜透析治疗,各项指标与间隙性腹膜透析过渡为持续非卧床腹膜透析对比差异无显著性.结论:TPD治疗模式应用于新置管腹透患者,可以提高患者APD治疗过程中的舒适度,改善引流情况,值得在临床推广应用.
