| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨局部麻醉下无张力疝修补术在基层医院开展的意义.方法:对局部麻醉下行无张力疝修补术的30例腹股沟疝患者术中以及术后等情况进行回顾性分析.结果:30例患者术中均能获得良好的麻醉效果,术后恢复快,费用低.28例患者获得随访,随访时间13～35个月,无复发.结论:基层医院开展局部麻醉下无张力疝修补手术治疗腹股沟疝是切实可行的.

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the experience and significance of tension-free hernioplasty under local anesthesia carried out at the grass-roots hospital. Methods：The intraoperative and postoperative situation of tension-free hernioplasty under local anesthesia in 30 cases of inguinal hernia was analyzed retrospectively. Results：All 30 cases had good anesthetic effect in the course of surgery,quick recovery after surgery and low cost. 28 cases were followed up from 13 months to 35 months without recurrence.Conclusion：To treat in-guinal hernia by tension-free hernioplasty under local anesthesia at the grass-roots hospital is feasible. |
