反思日记在儿科临床护理教学中的作用

摘    要:目的探讨反思日记在儿科临床护理教学中的作用,以提高临床教学质量。方法将2011-2012年于该科实习的17名学生作为对照组,2012~2013年于该科实习的15名学生作为实验组,两组学生的学历、年龄、入科前知识的掌握情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。对照组按传统的方法进行教学,完成教学大纲内容;实验组除完成教学内容外,护生每1~2周完成1篇反思日记。总带教教师对反思日记进行检查和修改,并将意见反馈给学生和其他带教教师,出科时两组学生均进行理论和操作考核,分别对教师和学生进行满意调查。结果实验组学生的理论成绩和操作成绩均优于对照组;实验组学生对教师的满意度和教师对学生的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论在儿科临床护理教学中书写反思日记,可提高学生的成绩,提升教学满意度,增进师生交流。

Abstract:Objeetlve To explore the effect of reflective journal in the pediatric clinical nursing teaching to improve the quality of clinical teaching. Methods A total of 17 nursing students in this department from 2011 to 2012 were treated as the control group ,while 15 nursing students from 2012 to 2013 as the experimental group. There was no statistcally significant differ- ence in acdemic backgroud, age and situation of mastering knowledge before entering the department between the two groups (P〉 0.05). The two groups were both given a traditional teaching to finish the syllabus,while the students in the experimental group were required to complete a reflective journal weekly or biweekly. The general clinical teacher was responsible to examine and modify the journal, and then gave a feedback to the students and the other clinical teachers. After the internship was finished, the students in the two groups accepted examination in theory and practice. A satisfactory survey was conducted among teachers and nursing students. Results Theorical and practical results of nusing students in the experimental group was superior to those in the control group ;the degree of satisfaction between the nursing students and the teachers in experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the differece had statistcal significance (P〈0.01). Conclusion Reflective journal is a good way to i~nprove the students' scores and the satisfaction degree in teaching and promote the communication between the students and the teachers in the pediatric clinical nursing teaching.
