急诊规范化护士培训预见性思维培训效果观察

摘    要:目的:探讨急诊规范化培训护士预见性思维的效果。方法:将急诊科规培护士84名根据入科考试成绩分成优、良、差3层,然后分层随机抽样分为对照组和观察组各42名。对照组采用传统方法带教,观察组带教过程中随时进行预见性思维培训。在培训结束前进行理论、操作考试及问卷调查。结果:两组规范化培训的护士考试合格率(理论、操作)比较,差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。职业暴露、医疗纠纷、职业暴力、病人满意度比较。差异有显著性。结论:加强急诊规范化培训的护士预见性思维培训,可提高护士专科理论知识、技能、职业防护能力,增加病人满意度,减少医疗纠纷和职业暴力。

Abstract:Objective :To explore the effect of foresighted consideration training in emergency standard-training nurse. Methods:84 emergency standard-training nurses were studied. According to their theoretical and practicing scores ,they were divided into three groups, excellent better and worse.Then in every group they were randomly subdivided into experimental and contrast subgroups. Each group had 42 nurses.We used conventional teaching method in the contrast group while in experimental group we taught the nurses in the way of foresighted consideration training. All the nurses were evaluated and given questionnaire before completion of training.Results:The nurses in the experimental group were better than those in the contrast group in test,there was significant difference between the two groups in statistics (P〈0.05). Both were different in professional exposure ,medical dispute ,professional violence and satisfaction from patients. Conclusion:Enhancing foresighted consideration training in emergency standard-training nurse can help nurse to improve theoretical and practicing, professional safeguard, satisfaction from patients, decrease medical dispute and professional violence.
