还原型谷胱甘肽联合生脉及丹参治疗酒精性肝病

目的：探讨还原型谷胱甘肽联合生脉、丹参治疗酒精性肝病的临床效果及抗肝纤维化的疗效。方法：将74例酒精性肝病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组37例。对照组予还原型谷胱甘肽治疗；治疗组在对照组用药基础上加用生脉、丹参，观察两组治疗前后的临床表现，肝功能变化以及血清纤维化标志物变化。结果：治疗组与对照组的临床表现和肝功能均恢复明显。治疗组优于对照组；治疗组血清纤维化标志物明显降低，对照组则无明显改善。结论：还原型谷胱甘肽、生脉、丹参三者联合，能起到较好的协同作用，对改善临床症状，改善肝功能，对抗肝纤维化，防止肝硬化有着较为理想的治疗效果。

Clinical study of glutathione combined Shengmai and Danshen in treatment of alcoholic liver disease

Objective ：To approach the clinical and anti-liver fibrosis effect of glutathione combined Shengmai and Danshen in the patients with alcoholic liver disease（ALD）. Methods：The patients were divided into two groups randomly,including the control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with glutathione, the treatment group was added Shengrnai and Danshen on the basis of above treatment.The clinical effect, liver function and liver fibrosis designated object changes in two groups were investigated before and after treatments. Results：The clinical effect and liver function changes in the control group and treatment group were obviously restored, the treatment group surpassed the control group ;the liver fibrosis designated object of the treatment group reduced obviously, and the control group was without the distinct improvement. Condusion：Glutathione combined Sbengmai and Danshen can play a better synergy, and have more ideal treatment result to improve the clinical symptoms and liver function ,resist the liver fibrosis and prevent liver cirrhosis.
